AWS processes information on our behalf as a service provider. We take reasonable steps to ensure that service providers handling personal information maintain appropriate safeguards.

Take 2 does not currently use third-party advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs, based on our current application configuration.

We may disclose information where required by law, legal process, court order, or governmental authority, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of Take 2, our users, or others.

5. User-Generated Content

Take 2 may allow users to upload or create content, including photographs and videos.

You are responsible for the content you choose to upload or publish.

You should not upload personal information belonging to another person without having the appropriate permission or legal basis to do so.

Content that you choose to make available to other users may be visible to those users depending on the features and settings of Take 2.
